Pre Sale Questions

We will gladly accept merchandise returns within 30 days of delivery given the item is in new/saleable condition, unworn and unaltered with the original tags still attached Please be sure to include the return form provided with your return request inside the return package. If you are reusing the original package your order came in, please be sure to cover or remove any existing shipping labels to ensure proper return delivery.
Please record the tracking number used from the provided return label for your records.

Please allow up to 14 days once we receive the item for your funds to be reflected on your account.
Merchandise indicated as "Final Sale" cannot be returned. If a return is made on a final sale item, the refund will not be processed.
Our goal is to process orders as quickly as possible! With this, we can only cancel an order within 30 minutes of the order being placed.
We apologize if your item arrived damaged or defective. Please email us pictures of the item along with your order number as soon as you receive the item, and we will be happy to assist you.
Please be sure to look out for your Shipping Confirmation email that will have all tracking numbers for you to reference along with your personalized tracking page!
