Refund policy

At Massuae, we want you to love your purchase. We offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your satisfaction with our women’s fashion collections, including clothing, bags, shoes, and accessories.

Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery (the date the package arrives at your shipping address) for a refund or exchange, provided the items meet our return conditions.

Holiday Return Extension: Orders placed between October 30 and December 24 may be returned until January 19 of the following year.

Eligibility & Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original, new/saleable condition.
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be attached and undamaged.
  • Items must be returned with the original return form (if provided) and proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”.
  • Intimate apparel, swimwear, earrings, and hygiene-sensitive items (for health and hygiene reasons).
  • Personalized, custom, or monogrammed products.
  • Gift cards and digital products.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or show signs of use.

We reserve the right to inspect all returns and deny refunds if items do not meet the above conditions.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at info@massuae.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Start your return request through your account or by contacting us.
  3. Repack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship the return using a trackable method (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or our error).

Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically issued within 5–14 business days after we receive the item (processing time may vary by payment provider).
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds include the cost of the item plus applicable sales tax (if charged).

Exchanges: You may exchange eligible items for a different size/color. Please return the original item and place a new order.

International Returns

We accept international returns within the 30-day window. You are responsible for return shipping fees, duties, and taxes. We do not reimburse these costs.

Price Adjustments

Price adjustments on previously purchased items will be honored within 14 days of the original purchase date.
